On the occasion of Kan Ben and Pchum Ben festivals, Mr. May Mon, Chairman of the Dangkor District Council, and Mrs. Kim Nhep, Governor of Dangkor District, together with the Deputy Governor, District Councilors, the Deputy Director of Administration, civil servants of Khan, Sangkat, staff of the Choeung Ek Genocidal Center, and the people of Cambodia, came together to dedicate merits to the victims of the Khmer Rouge genocidal regime under Pol Pot at the Choeung Ek Genocidal Center in Sangkat Choeung Ek, Khan Dangkor, Phnom Penh.
